The restaurant is centrally located in Alta town centre, surrounded by several great places to eat and drink. The menu is designed for guests who want to enjoy a good glass of wine, have something simple from the snack menu, or gather for larger occasions with family and friends.
In 2013, Du Verden Matbar opened in Alta with the aim of bringing both young and old together around the table – from morning to evening – serving good food and drinks inspired by flavours from around the world. Over time, the restaurant has developed into an important part of the city’s dining scene.
Later, Crosta opened next door, focusing on pizza and pasta, complemented by great drinks and cocktails, as well as a varied offering from lunch through the evening.
Today, the concepts have been brought together under Erica – named after the heather plant that grows across our long and beautiful country. Here, the ambition continues: to be a place for many, with flavours inspired by the world around us.
We continue to evolve and warmly welcome both new and returning guests.
