We welcome you and start with a short introduction to dog sledding before we go into the kennel together. Eager and happy dogs meet us, ready for a sled ride. Together we harness the dogs and make the final preparations before the trip begins. We start from the kennel, first a guide, then you follow, there are opportunities to both drive yourself and sit on the sled. The trip goes through wild and untouched landscape. After about 45 minutes of driving we are back and the dogs are going back to their place, now they are extra receptive to cuddles and attention. Afterwards we gather around the campfire where we serve coffee/tea and freshly baked waffles and set aside time for conversations about our everyday lives and our experiences with the dogs both in everyday life and on races.
After coffee we take time to greet our sheep. They are of the Old Norwegian breed and are part of our gang.
We also offer private tours with our carts and sleds: Our private tours are for those who want to explore dog sledding and get to know the dogs at their own pace.
