We will pick you up from the city center of Alta at 15:15 and check in at the Igloo Hotel on arrival at Sorrisniva. Before dinner at 17.00 pm you get the chance to experience the Igloo Hotel on your own.
The tour starts with a 3-course gourmet dinner in our unique restaurant on the banks of the Alta River, before you go on the northern lights tour with one of our guides.
By bus, we will look for the northern lights in the direction where it is most likely that we will discover it. Most of the time we do not have to drive far to see the northern lights.
Depending on the weather, you will experience different parts of Alta on this trip. In addition to knowledge of local history, our guides also have camera knowledge.
During the trip you get the chance to experience winter darkness, snow-covered landscapes and the tranquillity nature gives you. Our guide ensures that you have a fantastic experience, answers any questions you may have and helps you put the camera in the right place.
When you return from the trip, your room at Sorrisniva Igloo hotel will be ready. Then you can crawl right into the sleeping bags and get a good night’s sleep.
The next day you can enjoy a hot sauna before a breakfast buffet awaits you in our restaurant.
You decide how you want to spend the second day. You can order transfer down to the Alta center at 09.45 am. You can also choose to join more activities here with us. We offer transport several times a day.
