Your guide will select the route which offers the best chance of viewing the Aurora Borealis given the prevailing weather and atmospheric conditions. Sometimes the coastline is followed and other times the trip takes us up to the Finnmark plateau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guide has knowledge of the northern lights, basic photography knowledge and can also tell you about what it has been like to grow up under the northern lights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the trip you will have time to enjoy the silence and the darkness. Our guide will make sure you feel comfortable, answer all your questions and help you with your own camera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Northern Lights tours start from Sorrisniva, which is a 20-minute drive from the center of Alta. The guide will meet you at our reception just before the Northern Lights hunt starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-other-information\">Other information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bring warm clothes &#8211; check the weather forecast before you join the trip. Even though the trip is by bus, we will also be outside for a longer period of time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sorrisniva reserves the right to cancel the trip in extreme weather conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer transport to and from the center of Alta.
